I’m Caitlin, the face behind Twin Family Travels. I’m thrilled to have you here and excited to share my passion for travel and adventure with you.
I love to travel, especially with my family. It doesn’t matter if it is exploring my town or road-tripping across the country. I love researching things to see and do, mapping out stops, and creating itineraries.
I enjoy going on new adventures with my husband and twins the most. It doesn’t have to be some big two-week vacation, either. Those are nice, but the little day trips and activities close to home can be just as fun.
Where We’ve Traveled
My family has road-tripped from Oklahoma to Florida, Minnesota, Arizona, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Alabama, Texas, and New Mexico. We frequently take weekend trips to Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. We’ve also spent weeks exploring Colorado!
We even went abroad last summer to spend an amazing summer exploring France and Italy. We are currently on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park. We have been to 13 so far!
We’ve also had tons of amazing adventures closer to home in and around Oklahoma. From state parks and hiking trails to small towns and unique museums, it has been a blast exploring our home state!

Why Twin Family Travels? Well, it all started with my own experiences as a parent navigating the world of travel with two little explorers in tow. I quickly realized that there’s a need for practical, family-friendly travel advice. That’s where Twin Family Travels comes in.
On this blog, you’ll find everything from destination guides and travel itineraries to packing hacks and budget-friendly tips. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or a cross-country road trip, I’m here to help you every step of the way.
